Order Status (TOP)
Tracking information is immediately emailed to all customers as packages are prepared to leave our facility. Please be sure to provide accurate email information when placing your order. Military APO locations are not trackable. If you want information regarding your order, you must contact your on base post office.
You can also contact Costumer Care. To check the status of an order, simple reply to your email confirmation/receipt. Type your comments or request at the top of the page. A representative will reply within 24 hours. You can also contact customer service at Customer Care. Please include your ORDER NUMBER and the EXACT NAME that was used to place the order as well as your request.
Customer Care hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Saturday 11am - 4pm, Eastern Time.

Returns & Credit Policy (TOP)
We will gladly accept returns on products that are unopened and undamaged within 5 days of receipt. Products must be in the same condition as was shipped, with original packaging completely intact. All returns must have an RMA number. Please email party@partysuppliesinbulk.com for shipping and RMA instructions.
All merchandise must be intact for a full refund, minus shipping & handling. If paid for by credit card, once we receive the supplies back at our warehouse, allowing for the 1-5 business days it takes for them to get back, your credit card will be refunded within 30 days for the party supplies. Unless it was a mistake by UPS on 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT, shipping and handling are non-refundable. If paid for by check, you will receive a check from us in the mail immediately after receiving the product. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.
Please include the following with the return. Your name, address, credit card number, expiration date or check number, the invoice number on your receipt and a daytime phone number. Just use the included Return Slip to fill out the information and put back in box to ship it back to us.
If something is damaged in transit, and is not to your satisfaction, e-mail us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to initiate a claim.
Mistakes can happen, although we will try our hardest to make sure that they don't. If there is a mistake in your order, please e-mail us immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the mistake and ship you the correct merchandise.
If you do not receive your package within the days alloted for processing and shipping time, email us IMMEDIATELY so that there will be enough time before your party to try and fix the problem. Telling us 1-2 days before your party does not help you or us solve the problem.

In order to expedite shipping, orders can't be cancelled after being placed.
PRIVACY
We hate junk mail and spam and we do not believe in selling people's information to anyone. We will not sell, share or rent out your personal info to any other company, but if you would like to be notified of special offers or new products on our site, send us an e-mail to party@partysuppliesworld.com. Type ADD TO LIST in the subject and we will add you to our own in-house customer mailing list.
MISTAKES
If an item was missing in your order, as a costumer, you have 5 days after receipt to claim such items. Mistakes do happen and we want to rectify them ASAP, however we do enforce the 5 day limit (week days Mon - Fri). Speed is of the essence and we will not be responsible for claims made after this 5 day limit.
